Due to aggressive growth and regional promotion we are seeking to recruit a talented professional for the position of Head of Controlling. Successful candidate will manage all financial and business control functions across Poland, report directly to Financial Director and have great impact on business.
- Provide accurate and meaningful financial/management information in a timely manner to enable effective business decision taking
- Critically appraise financials against external and competitor information and make recommendations for successful business development
- Assistance to the business with coordination of short and long-term financial budgeting and forecasting
- Implement budgeting procedures to be productive and adequate to business needs
- Drive corporate strategic planning decisions
- Prepare the financial pack
- Direct management of a team of six
- Initiate efficiencies and cost savings activities
- Proven skills and at least 5 years of experience in finance/controlling departments (audit background will be a strong asset)
- Experience in development and implementation of financial plans and strategies
- University degree in Finance related fields, professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) will be a strong asset
- Consolidation experience, result oriented attitude, ability to challenge status quo
- Strong intellect combined with good strategic and analytical skills
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must, French will be an asset
- Strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking
