Help Desk Consultant
Location: Warszawa

Duties:
- Answer incoming client calls and offer support within requested area
- Cooperate with technical support and field service engineers
- Check quality of service tickets in customer service applications and create needed reports
- Escalate potential problems and complex incidents requiring urgent attention
Requirements:
- Willing to work in the shift system
- Very good knowledge of one of German, French, Greek, Norwegian or Italian language in speech and writing
- Knowledge of English on an upper-intermediate level
- At least high school diploma (preferable in the technical or IT field)
- Goal- and client-oriented person
- A basic knowledge of computer’s construction, the ability to diagnose arising issues
- A knowledge concerning computer equipment services would be a plus
