You will be responsible for supporting International Paper GBSC employees and company visitors in the area of administrative and clerical services. You will join HR & Administration team working at the reception desk.

- Support managers and employees in administrative duties
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Sign for and distribute daily correspondences and packages
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
- Provides administrative support to the HR Team
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Facilitates the process of taxi’s cards and vouchers
- Perform diverse administrative duties to allow the smooth and efficient running of the reception desk
- Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Good planning and organizing and priority setting
- Customer and team orientation
- Problem assessment and problem solving
- Willingness to work from 10.00 until 18.00
