For our Client, newly created business centre located in Cracow, we are looking for experienced Candidates for the position of HR Administration Support.
On this position you will be mainly responsible for administrative support of recruitment processes in cooperation with departments’ managers, HR Manager and external vendor (interviews, meetings logistics, coordination of recruitment needs etc.) Coordination effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follows up on administrative details will be crucial on this position.
We are looking for Candidates with experience in administrative area (preferably in recruitment/HR area). Very good command of English is also required due to necessity of daily contact with foreign managers. Flexibility, proactivity and very good organizational skills will be also a strong asset.
