Zadania:
realizowanie procesów rekrutacji i selekcji kandydatów, ocen i rozwoju pracowników głównie z obszaru produkcji,
współpraca z jednostkami zewnętrznymi takimi jak: Urząd Pracy, szkoły wyższe, agencje pracy tymczasowej, agencjami doradztwa personalnego,
administrowanie wszelkimi niezbędnymi dokumentami związanymi nawiązaniem i rozwiązaniem stosunku pracy,
wspieranie pracowników w zakresie interpretacji Prawa Pracy,
branie udziału w projektach z zakresu rozwoju zasobów ludzkich,
realizowanie działania w zakresie zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej komunikacji,
opracowywanie statystyk i raportów z zakresu HR.
Wymagania:
wykształcenie wyższe, związane z obszarem ZZL,
min. 2 letnie doświadczenie w realizacji obowiązków i projektów HR w zakładzie produkcyjnym,
doświadczenie w realizowaniu zadań z zakresu rekrutacji i rozwoju pracowników,
znajomość przepisów Prawa Pracy,
znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym,
dobra znajomość MS Office,
bardzo dobra organizacja pracy i wysoka odporność na stres,
wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne,
dokładność, skrupulatność, odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie w pracę, dyspozycyjność.
