Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
HR Officer with French or Romanian
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities
- Introducing Client employee data into HR Systems
- Maintaining Client employee database – data administration
- Preparing employee contracts & addendums
- Preparing employee documents
- Conducting Reference Checks
- Preparing monthly & ad hoc reports for the client
Requirements
- Fluent English and French or Romanian
- Other language as French or Spanish would be an asset
- At least 1 year of corporate experience
- Excel knowledge
- Very good communication skills, customer orientation, eagerness to learn & develop, very good
