HR Process Analyst / Process Specialist (Recruitment)

Job Description:
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the Recruitment area
- Process Recruitment related data
- Answer client’s calls and emails
- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
Candidate's profile:
- Fluent knowledge of German language
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Very good communication skills
- Very good client facing skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good analytical skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Able to cooperate within the team
- Experience in HR area would be an asset
