Main accountabilities:
- preparing reports in Excel
- updating dashboards with KPIs
- reporting from HR administration system (TETA)
- reporting from Application tracking system (TalentLink)
- providing the standard and ad hoc HR reports (on local & Global level)
- projects at the data and reporting area
- building innovative client solutions by leveraging Capgemini assets
- overseeing the financials of the Engagement (budget spend control, invoicing, forecasting, budgeting, P&L control, contracting)
- complex support for management team in all required fields

Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- analytical thinking
- enthusiasm for working with figures
- very good English skills
- advanced Excel knowledge
- VBA knowledge or basic programming skills would be an advantage
- knowledge of Sharepoint 365/Power BI would be an advantage
The main scope of work is reporting: service reporting, KPIs reporting, ad hoc reports and analysis for HR Business Partners.
