Job Summary:
Talent Team is a local HR team of professionals dedicated to providing excellent HR support to 800 EY GDS Poland employees. We are recruiters, trainers, HR operation specialists and more. Together we provide enabling services, tools, support and training that EY internal clients need for smooth operating.
Working as part of a local Talent team, HR Senior Associate is primarily responsible for responding to a diverse range of employees’ queries over the telephone and email, providing HR administration support, maintain employee data within various systems and to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
In addition to performance and administration of core HR processes: compensation, benefits, payroll, reporting, HR Senior Associate is also expected to: deliver a mix of regular, ad hoc and custom reports, indicators and metrics and to ensure that the reports are on time and to the expected quality (headcount, dashboard, compensation, etc.), and also to perform validation of reported data.
Responsibilities:
- Providing HR administration daily support to employees
- Support general HR activities and programs
- Delivering a mix of regular, ad hoc and custom built reports, monitoring KPI and HR metrics ensuring that the reports are on time and to the expected quality (headcount, dashboard, compensation, etc.)
- These reports will support both local and global reporting requirements.
- Performing validation of reported data
- Providing data analysis, insight and interpretation if required
- Performance and administration of core HR processes, including compensation, benefits, payroll and associated reporting. The individual will be asked to suggest improvement areas and opportunities to automate or enhance ways of working
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements in daily operations
- Maintain employee data within various systems, taking the necessary steps to amend incorrect data.
- Administration of employee benefits programs
- Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking activities to collect and analyze compensation trends, competitive salary and incentive information- using established existing and novel vendors
Requirements:
- Strong English language skills – spoken, verbal and written
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR specialist role within big, multinational company (more than 200 employees) ideally working with people from other countries
- Proven previous working knowledge and expertise in the field of Compensation, Benefits and people based reporting
- Familiarity of Polish labour laws
- Excellent PC skills required including Microsoft Office proficiency- especially in Excel and Power Point
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to focus and good attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills in order to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately and confidentially
- Strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence
- Availability within 1 month
