HR Specialist - Personnel

Your main tasks will include:
- providing internal advice and acting as subject matter expert on labour law-related issues
- performing assigned activities in the area of HR administration and personnel matters
- maintaining employee personal data in SAP system
- preparing and updating regular and ad hoc HR data reports
- supporting the monthly payroll process in cooperation with an external payroll provider
- support of internal HR processes and programs in our organization
- cooperation with team members on other projects in the area of HR
Your personal profile:
You have:
- preferably a university degree (BSc or MSc)
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- very good knowledge of labour law and corresponding regulations
- good understanding of professional, ethical and legal standards
- advanced knowledge of English
- experience in SAP HR (or a similar personnel administration system) and/or HR data analysis - nice to have
