Our Client is well known production company which established HR Center in Cracow. Currently we are looking for Candidates with excellent English and Excel to join HR Reporting Department.
While working at the position of HR Specialist you will be responsible for preparing safety/absence reports, KPIs reports and providing data support where necessary. You will be supporting Business Partners, Compensation and Benefits Team and other HR Service teams. What is more you will be involved in auditing HR data and reporting audits results.
We are looking for both- experienced Candidates as well as graduates interested in HR and reporting area. Good knowledge of Excel and at least Bachelor’s degree in economics/mathematics are essential. Previous experience at Shared Service environment will be an asset. Fluency in English is a must.
