Main duties:
Realization of recruitment processes for blue and white collar workers
Implementing and administrating of HR tools, e.g. appraisals system, onboarding program, exit interviews
HR support for managers in employees’ managing
Preparing and providing internal trainings
Cooperation in creating and developing organization culture and communication
Preparing HR reports
Wymagania
Requirements:
Higher education, preferred in human resources
At least 3 years of experience in realization of HR projects, including recruitment processes and trainings, preferred in production company
Fluent English
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Business orientation
Knowledge of labour code in practice
