Your tasks will include:
conducting all stages of the recruitment process (CV collection, selection, phone calls, tests, interviews)
updating and posting job advertisements
support of employer branding activities
administration of an internal recruitment system and database
cooperation with universities and other institutions
participation in tasks related to employee recognition and motivation
support of other team members in their activities
Your experience and skills:
You have:
a university degree
at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
advanced knowledge of English
full understanding of professional and ethical standards
good knowledge of MS Office tools
You are:
a great communicator and team player
well organized, with an eye for detail
an open minded and motivated person with positive attitude
