IAM Strategy Consultant
Workplace: Kraków
This position is for a senior-level consultative resource that will be expected to be equally successful and skilled in both IAM subject-matters and soft skills. This resource will be expected to also act as interface between IT and business. Engage in IAM from the business perspective and have a holistic understanding of IT concepts to provide overall strategic, tactical, and thought leader type responsibilities.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage and execute complex IAM engagements involving organization wide strategy design and roadmap design.
- Responsible for analyzing and identifying critical technical components and strategies required for successful implementation of IAM roadmaps.
- Works closely with IAM Project Manager to identify key IAM technical components as aligned to project requirements, catalog IAM component to project requirements, and assign them to project use cases.
- Conducts in depth technical IAM research, needs assessments and performance analysis to support, design, and develop new technical IAM components for clients.
- Assessment, design and implementation support for IAM Solutions
- Optimize and reorganize identity management concepts in terms of IT compliance and security requirements.
- Creation and implementation of security concepts (e.g. for identity management systems) and IT-related internal control systems.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- At least 7 years proven experience in in the Identity & Access Management industry (e.g. evaluating, designing, implementing, monitoring, and governing) the following types of engagements: IT security roadmaps and strategies, IT transformation, federation, web services security, single sign on and identity & access management.
- Experience in leading large strategic projects and programs in a technical capacity.
- Extensive understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, processes, governance, implementation.
