For our Client, international start-up specialized in software for e-commerce, we are looking for Implementation Consultant – role based in Łódź, Poland.

The main purpose of this role is to support Clients in smooth transition to new management system. Implementation Consultant will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of installing the software – Warehouse Management System (WMS) and leading the change management and training agenda for Clients. This will include supporting the user onboarding, implementation and training of the WMS system to new Clients as well as system upgrades to existing Clients. Key responsibilities include remote support during the implementation period, organizing and delivering system related training and developing new forms of delivery (videos, webinars etc.), acting as an expert in WMS system and explaining the product features and functionalities related to Client’s business.

The perfect Candidate is customer-oriented, with flexible approach and proactive in identifying what needs to be done. He/she should have fantastic written and oral communication skills in English, excellent computer literacy and demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence and problem solve with various level of people within the organization. Advanced presentation, training and organization skills are a must. He/she should be comfortable working in fast-changing environment and under deadline pressure.
