Your responsibilities
- Server and application monitoring
- Incidents troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Working in Windows Server and Vmware environments
- Server software & firmware patching
- Security patching
- Work closely with various internal teams and auditors to generate timely audit reports
If you have
- Experience in infrastructure monitoring (using specialized monitoring software like Zabbix, Nagios, OpManager) – including advanced monitoring of servers based on Windows Operating Systems
- Dell hardware solutions knowledge is preferred
- Knowledge of backup software and backup storage (e.g. Dell EMC Avamar, Veeam, or similar solutions)
- Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms is welcome (MS Azure preferred)
- Scripting and automation skills are welcome (e.g. PowerShell)
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and best practices are welcome (e.g. ITIL, SNOW)
