Job description:
- databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence (multilingual),
- accurate and timely entry of insurance data into systems,
- accurate resolutions of data quality issues,
- analysing and presenting insurance contract financial data,
- prepering insurance documentation (quotations, certificates, endorsements),
- clearance and sanctions checking,
- business user systems testing (regression and UAT),
- developing and maintaining relationships with teams,
- controlling internal procedure,
- reporting to Europe Direct Team Leader.
Requirements:
- university degree (insurance or relevant area preferably),
- proven experience in insurance industry,
- excellent data processing skills,
- experience of using a number of data sources and systems,
- good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used software,
- inquisitive mind with strong analytical skills,
- good organizational skills and time management (attention to detail is critical),
- fluent English and one of the following languages: French, Dutch, Flemish, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish,
- communicativeness and openness to new challenges.
