Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree
- Required years of experience: min. 1-2 years of professional experience
- Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset
- Required area of relevant experience in Non-Life or Life Insurance – one or more from below mentioned domains:
- Business analysis
- Project management from business or IT perspective
- Process optimization and design
- Change Management
- General solution delivery lifecycle experience: Insurance systems development/implementation experience (functional/business analysis, functional requirements setting, tests, IT activities, other)
- Contact center development
- Data warehouse, data quality, data management, data migration projects
- Business or Technology Architecture development
- Digital solutions development from business or IT perspective
- Agile methodologies
- Consulting and project delivery experience – preferred
- Shared Service experience would be a strong asset
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
