Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work

Willing to work at client's locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term

Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday - Friday) for some periods during the year
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience working on multiple projects with an international exposure (strong asset)
- Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Non-Life or Life Insurance (Products, Underwriting, Claims, Leakage / Fraud)
- Insurance systems development/implementation experience (functional/business analysis, functional requirements setting)
- Core processes mapping, performing AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, business processes optimization
- Insurance products development
- Development of pricing strategies and pricing models
- Actuarial modelling for non-life and/or life Insurance:
- Insurance technical reserves, Capital requirements, Pricing
- Familiarity with actuarial systems (e.g. Prophet, Moses, ResQ, Igloo, R, S++) would be an asset
- Actuarial qualifications would be an asset
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the EU foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanishwould be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
