For one of our clients, we are looking for a person to hold the position of Interim Financial Controller in Warsaw.
The Financial Controller will be accountable for undertaking property management business unit and skill level analysis of commercial operations and results, liaising with relevant business managers and present results to business unit and regional management.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
- financial analysis of property management business unit performance
- discussion of results and understanding of commercial operations
- producing monthly report and analysis summaries
- produce ad hoc report and analysis for both local and regional management
- coordinate all budgeting and forecasting exercises (and required analysis)
- submission of actual results and forecasts to Group
The right Candidate will have circa 2-4 years of working experience in a Financial Controller role in real estate/property management company or real estate service provider. An excellent knowledge and experience of MS Excel is virtue. A fluent knowledge of English written and spoken is must. A knowledge of JD Edwards, HFN or Cognos is advantage.
The ideal Candidate will have an excellent analytical skills and will be eager to work in an international environment in English.
