For our Client, international business centre located in Cracow, we are looking for Interim HR Business Partner.
On this position you will temporarily cover part of HR Manager duties regarding such areas as: developing, driving and implementing the HR processes, total rewards, employee's relations, labour law regulations as well as development and maintaining trusting and effective working relationships with employees and managers. You will also ensure HR processes are understood and applied in the organization and you will be coach and guide for managers in people management challenges. You will also act as project manager in case of renting new office space.
We are looking for Candidates with experience on similar position (preferably in the international environment) and with very good command of English. Solid knowledge of Polish labour law as well as soft HR models and strategies is also required. Prompt availability to start cooperation will be also an asset.
Our Client offers varied scope of duties, lots of challenges and considerable independence. Offer refers to 3 month contract with possibility of extension and even conversion to long term cooperation.
