Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Completion of operational audits for Sales related processes in line with the audit program, including ensuring timely and accurate testing results presentation
- Responding to Client's queries and communicating with the business counterpart to address testing results and support with resolution actions
- Problem solving when there are unexpected findings or resolving system roadblocks
- Helping in Identifying opportunities for process improvements
- 3+ years of experience gained in related expertise fields (sales contracts review, contracts management or similar)
- Fluent English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience communicating with busy executives
- Understanding of and/or experience working in Enterprise sales or Cloud computing
- Familiarity with corporate governance rules and risk management content
- Strong organizational
