Internal Trainer in Customer Support Department

Responsibilities:
- Leading internal trainings in the Customer Support Department based on current business needs;
- Preparing and updating training materials and internal knowledge base;
- Collaboration in creating development programs for employees in the organization;
- Reporting results and recommending improvements to the existing training process.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at a minimum level C1;
- Min. one year of experience in conducting internal trainings in a corporate environment;
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales Department;
- High communication skills, eloquence;
- Creativity, flexibility, responsibility.
