And your professional profile is relevant to the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field;
- Fluent spoken and written English, min level C1. Any additional language is a plus;
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position in Customer Support, Marketing, Sales or similar area preferred;
- Certification from a training associations is a plus;
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel);
- Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance;
- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms;
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Jira software;
- Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills;
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.

Challenges for you:
- Leading and facilitating internal trainings in the Customer Operations department in accordance with business needs;
- Creating and updating internal knowledge base;
- Maintaining a database of all training materials;
- Instructing employee training and onboarding;
- Providing support to the new employees;
- Coordinating and monitor trainings, schedules, and equipment;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs and thereby relevant training plans;
- Being responsible for evaluating company’s needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides;
- Researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.
