For our Client international technical company currently we are looking for:
International Trade Compliance Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Analyze material master with regard to missing origins,commodity codes and preferences on bill of material level
- Collect missing data and preference evidence documents from our suppliers
- Review and verify the backflow of those data
- Translate CH commodity codes into NL commodity codes
- Prepare the data for the upload into SAP
- Archive supplier evidence documents
- Analyze material master with regard to preference setting potential on finished product level
- Calculate and maintain preference
- Classification of new products according to Swiss and EU guidelines/rules
as well as according to EAR99 and ECCN guidelines/rules
- Determination and maintenance of origins and preferences for new introduced products
- Verification and classification of new and existing products

- Preferably, a further education in the area of customs or in other foreign trade relevant fields
- Skilled PC user (MS Office, Excel)
- SAP knowledge would be beneficial
- Customer oriented, initiative, independent and resilient personality
- Very Good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an asset
