Due to the very ambitious plans we are currently looking for relevant candidates for the position Regional Inventory Manager to hold a new created position based in Warsaw.
- Maintain the overall supply/demand balance through the creation of supply plans and execute a logistic plan for growth
- Define and implement supply policies and plans, to optimize customer service and cost
- Escalate major supply issues to the Supply Commit and Regional Sales & Operations Meeting
- Optimize the deployment of inventory throughout the supply chain according to inventory Policies
- Implement sales and operations discipline across all entities in the group
- Ensure an accurate forward projection of inventory and proactive consumption of slow moving, excess and obsolete material
- Work with Demand Planners to understand and address significant changes in demand or supply
- Report to the Head of Planning and Logistic EAME
- Master Degree
- Min. 8 years of experience on the similar position in the matrix organization
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain and demand processes
- Very good understanding of distributor model of distribution
- Experience in managing project with a high complexity
- Very strong personality to influence on the regional structures
- Fluency in English
