Job Summary:
Handle / verify client investigations. Service specific customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner in line with departmental standards
Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve all enquiries received from customers/third party banks in a timely and professional manner

Support and strengthen customer needs in an effectively and handle exceptional requests when required

Participate in projects and system changes. Drive initiatives to increase security and efficiency of the process

Creation and update of procedures

Execute trainings for new comers and across department

Review team capacity plan

Identify and report potential issues, error root-cause results, suggest and implement resolutions

Build very effective business relationships with collaborating Parties
