- Provide Support level 2 for Accor's iPMS FOLS [Front Office Light Services] system - standalone version + in the future for FOLS Cloud,
- Coordinate with Orbis group HelpDesk to solve registered service request,
- Follow-up with FOLS supports Level 3 for service request, when escalation is required,
- Cooperate closely with IT&DS (Warsaw office) especially with iPMS Team,
- Collaborate with FOLS users and other departments regarding all FOLS related topics.
- FOLS Cloud system implementation : configuration/training/live cover,
- Provide admin task for other hotel systems used in Orbis Hotels,
- Participate in projects linked with hotel systems (PoS, stock control system)
