For our Client, Danish company we're currently looking for people for position:
IT Alert Supporter
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot andsolve if possible all alerts coming through from both Coloplast Infrastructureequipment as well as external IT Suppliers
- Handling incidents/alerts witha high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality in collaborationwith the Global Infrastructure team and the Global IT Support team.
- Help and guide the Coloplastusers globally on the phone or mail to get back to normal IT Service,
- Achieving the KPI's definedfor the area, as well as achieving personal KPI's defined in cooperation withthe IT Team Manager
- Communicate with end-users viaConnect IT in case of performance issues or break downs
- Working towards meeting theoverall Support SLAs using defined processes
- Seeking knowledge and keepingupdated with Coloplast standard applications and HW
- Shift working (3 shifts, 24/7/365)
Requirements:
- Experience from a similar Support job in an international environment
- Experience from the IT ormedical device business
- Knowledge or experience withIT processes (ITIL/Prince2)
- Educated inService/Communication skills are preferred
- High IT Technical skills arerequired
- Good knowledge of English
- Language skills within otherlanguages such as French, German or Spanish will definitely be a plus
- Knowledge within the followingSupport areas: Day to day operations (Watchplan), PC's (Desktops/Laptops) Print(Windows/ERP/Minolta/Ricoh), CP standard applications (Installation andsupport), SW "grey area" (Installation) HW Misc. (Smartphones, iPads,Thin Clients, Scanners, Burners, Hand Terminal's, Truck terminals),Infrastructure equipment, Subsidiary coordination, Alert management ,IPTelephony.
