IT Business Analyst

Description:
As an IT Business Analyst, you would be joining Continual Improvement Management and ITSM Reporting Team under Global Service Management organization.
You'd be working in the global team that assists in collecting, managing and analyzing data for IT Department; assists in setting up and monitoring Key Performance Indicators; identifies inefficiencies in the processes and services and helps to develop respective improvement strategy.
Responsibilities:
- To build and manage reports and dashboards in Excel, ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics Modules,
- To assist IT teams in setting up Key Performance Indicators and respective goals,
- To provide on-demand data analysis in a readable and consistent format for various projects and initiatives,
- To monitor trends in data in order to identify inefficiencies in IT processes and services,
- Proactively search for opportunities for improvement and automation,
- To oversee improvement initiative throughout its lifecycle: identifying, prioritizing, overseeing development & deployment, measuring the value;
- To act as liaison between IT and Business Stakeholders to collect requirements for improvement initiatives;
Qualifications:
- Extensive understanding of ITIL methodology,
- Agile, Lean, Scrum frameworks awareness,
- Advanced reporting skills,
- Strong attention to accuracy and details,
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills,
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM Tool,
- Fluency in MS Office suite - Advanced knowledge of Excel is a must,
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Good to have: Knowledge of PowerBI or other data analytical tool
