As the IT Operations Procurement Manager you will lead a team of geographically disperated employees who support IT procurement operations. In this role, you will manage the daily operations, balance workload, ensure procurements are compliant while meeting the committed service levels.

Here’s what you’ll do:
- Manages Global IT Procurement Operations Team day-to-day activities, providing operational support and instruction, including performance results.
- Coordinate on global contracts implementation such as e-catalogs, e-commerce
- Manages low complexity transactions for IT Strategic Sourcing including performance metrics and reporting
- Leads delivery and implementation of IT Strategic Sourcing strategies for operations teams
- Complies with all legislative, regulatory, procedures and standards appropriate to the role
- Engages with both existing and prospective suppliers, engaging and interfacing at medium management level
- Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing Leadership to provide operations efficiency and automation opportunities
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of IT Procurement experience both software and hardware in multinational or large organizations including knowledge of procurement systems
- Mangement or personnel leadership experience
- Demonstrate superior business and analytical skills, able to focus on key issues and solve problem.
- Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to deliver projects to demanding deadlines
- Undergraduate degree required
- Flexibility in working hours
- English – fluent written and spoken
