leading successful implementations in large, strategic accounts

managing the technical relationship with the customer, acting as a conduit into other areas of the business such as development, product management and sales

understanding current requirements and processes, identifying additional opportunity within the account

working closely with the design engineers so that cohesive implementation plans can be written and implemented without causing interruption to live services

ensuring all implementations are documented, compliant, delivered on time, and in budget.
