Responsibilites
- Taking responsibility for full life cycle recruitment for IT specialists from junior to lead level and other vacancies when needed
- Sharing knowledge and experience with the rest of the team
- Keeping track on recruitment processes and reporting
- Liaising and cooperating with IT managers and Team Leaders to fulfil vacancies
- Recruiting of both passive and active candidates by using global and local professional social websites, job boards, professional network and other recruitment channels
- Providing constructive feedback to candidates
- Maintaining long-term relationships with candidates
- Maintaining all databases
- Brand building, employer branding
- Create & execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract the top talents
- Executing different headhunting, talent search and networking strategies in order to identify high caliber IT candidates
- Identifying, approaching, interviewing and presenting the best candidates for specific career opportunities
- Cooperation with Hiring Managers
- Market mapping, creating company target lists and talent pools
- Develop and maintain knowledge of regional business markets and organizations, leveraging existing networks
- Participation in Employer Branding initiatives e.g. job fairs, seminars
Requirements
Technical skills/Professional knowledge
- At least 1+ years of proven experience in managing end to end recruitment processes in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent English is a must
- Good Microsoft Office package knowledge
- Strongly developed sourcing skills, knowledge of current trends in social sourcing
- Experience in candidate search techniques including use of ATS
- Familiar with using social media such as LinkedIn, Goldenline
- Experience in IT sector with excellent IT local market knowledge
- Ability to build effective talent pools

- Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical)
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships
