Responsibilites
Taking responsibility for full life cycle recruitment for IT specialists from junior to lead level
Working in close collaboration with hiring managers from Luxoft Russia & Ukraine
Managing a variety of vacancies, prioritization, multitasking
Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling
Requirements
Working as a recruiter at least for 3 years
Fluent English is a must
Excellent communication skills: ability to persuade, to prove
Good organizational skills, self-motivating, flexibility, attention to details
Experience in IT recruitment is a plus (Java, С++, .NET developers, QA, Analysts, PM, etc.)
Working in a recruiting agency is a plus
