Responsibilites
- Taking responsibility for full life cycle recruitment for IT specialists from junior to lead level
- Recruiting IT specialists - Software developers (Java, J2EE, .Net, C#, MS SQL, Oracle, OEBS, DWH, Cognos, Tibco, Informatica, Teradata), Quality Assurance specialists, Support Engineers, Software Architects, Project/Program Managers
- Working in close collaboration with hiring managers
- Managing a variety of vacancies, prioritization, multitasking
- Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling
Requirements
- At least 3 years recruitment experience
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade
- Good organizational skills, self-motivating, flexibility, attention to details
- Experience in IT recruitment is a plus (Java, С++, .NET developers, QA, Analysts, PM, etc.)
- Working in a recruiting agency is a plus
