We currently are looking for an individual to join the Hays Talent Solutions IT Team in Warsaw on the position of:
IT Talent Resourcer/Talent Acquisition Consultant
Your role will be maintaining the whole end to end recruitment process, starting from sourcing and contacting the right candidates with the use of sophisticated recruitment tools, conducting phone and face to face interviews, up to managing the offer process and relationships with clients. You will be responsible for assorted recruitment processes within the IT sector on many different positions across various technologies for international clients from different industries.
We are looking for a dynamic, independent, well –organized, self-motivated and pro-active person, who wants to actively build their own professional brand through participation in various market events, job fairs and by building relationships with dedicated clients. Fluency in Polish and English is essential owing to international work environment, foreign clients and candidates. At least one year of experience in IT recruitment is required: self-reliance in daily work is vital. Knowledge of another European language will be an asset.
