We are currently looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter. You will work as part of a newly created team of recruiters who will play a vital role in growing our business. Both agency and in-house recruiters are welcome to apply.
MISSION
- You will be involved in every stage of the recruitment and selection process:
· taking specs from the clients
· creating and posting job ads
· proactive candidate sourcing
· candidate screening / interviews
· preparing reports for the client
· negotiating offers with the candidates
- Staying in touch with the clients, updating them on the work progress
- Continuous building of Skelia’s internal candidate base
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong IT recruitment background - at least 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment are required
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
- Good knowledge of the local IT market
- Results-focused and persistent

Salary ranges: 4 500 - 6 000 PLN gross plus progressive bonus, starting from 1500 PLN / each placement
