- Participate in a project to implement SAP Payroll systems in Poland, replacing three legacy payroll applications in Krakow, Gdansk, and Kwidzyn.
- Provide expertise in adapting a global payroll blueprint for Polish-specific localizations based on legal requirements and local business needs.
- Support all phases of the project: design analysis, build, implementation, go-live, and transition to sustain.
- Scope includes payroll, benefits, and time entry.
- 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred
- Experience in end to end payroll implementations in Poland.
- Ability to demonstrate experience and expertise with Polish payroll applications, government regulations, benefits, and labor laws.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong functional/technical skills
- Technical and regional knowledge to assist IT with interpreting business requirements and to recommend the best solutions for a Poland implementation.
- Technical knowledge to turn business requirements into configuration documents and/or functional specification documents
- Understanding of regional statutory and tax requirements
- Regional-specific infotype knowledge
- Deep understanding of Time & Benefits processes, related infotypes and configurations
- Knowledge of complex payroll processes, including payroll schema
- Technical understanding of SAP delivered Portal capabilities in support of regional requirements
- Technical knowledge on report solutions: ADHOC QUERY, BW and SMART FORM;
- Technical knowledge on SAP Workflows
- Technical knowledge in data migration and conversion
- Fluent English language skill to participate on meetings/calls and provide documentation.

- Familiar with IDOC and ALE processes
- Knowledgeable of the SAP integration between the SAP HR modules and external systems like SAP ECC/BW, SAP Portals, Success Factors
