Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, high profile projects and support the program manager in delivery of the strategic objectives of the program(s) the assigned projects are part of
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure that stakeholder expectations are met and the solutions delivered are fit for purpose
- Manage agile and or waterfall development teams as a full lifecycle project manager (task planning, progress verification, dependency management to other IT or business teams, solution development and implementation - including organizing/managing infrastructure activities such as ordering of infrastructure components, test planning, test management, application deployment planning and execution, handover to support)
- Ensure that the planned project scope is delivered to the required time, quality and cost
- Matrix management of geographically distributed project resources across the organisation.
- Production of project reporting on various levels to make sure that project status is transparent to the various boards and management groups
Requirements
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years’ delivery experience working as a senior IT project/program manager
- Proven experience in managing large, geographically distributed project teams successfully
- Very strong communication skills with an ability to tailor communications based on the needs of the intended audience
- Very strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to interact successfully with senior management as part of stakeholder boards
- PMP (or similar) qualification
- IT Security experience strongly preferred
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior Credit Suisse (or Banking) experience would be helpful
