IT Specialist

Requirements:
- Must have:
- 1-3 years work experience with IT
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows Servers, MS SQL, AD, domain, GPOs
- Experienced with application server and Tomcat (Middleware in general) Installation, upgrade, configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with troubleshooting on applications and user support
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge about Oracle
- Knowledge about vSphere, VMware
- Knowledge about automation scripting
- Knowledge about Sharepoint
Responsibilities:
- Competence overview:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- A general good knowledge of IT architecture
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn, and to independently seek knowledge from consultants and suppliers
- Service minded and ability to understand and communicate with Line of Business
- Comfortable with documentation of procedures, systems etc.
- GxP experience a plus
- Ability to self-manage, work with deadlines and take initiative
