Position description:
- Mainly, the work consists in technical support for employees located on site in the company (via phone and email) and troubleshoot and resolve device issues
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Experience in IT field or as a technical support
- Very good Italian language skills (min. C1)
- Good command of English language (both spoken and written, min. B2)
- Strong motivation to work and develop within IT/software technical support area
- Very good analytical and communication skills
