IT Support Specialist with the Croatian language

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1st level support to the stores' staff and the head office workers to ensure the continued operation
- Solving and managing technical problems
- Building and updating the knowledge base to ensure thesection's effective operation
If you have at least:
- English - good and Croatian- expert
- An interest in the IT and new technologies
- Ability to solve problems
- Good communication skills
We are looking for person who will:
- Work shifts and on weekend (occasionally)
- Be on call
