Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented person who would like to start his professional career as Junior Infrastructure Spacialist. You will be assisting the IT Team in daily IT Operations and various IT Projects. You will receive support and a solid chance for development.
• 1st level user support
• Support and installation of PC workstations
• Support and allocation of mobile devices
• Assisting system administrators in various areas
• Maintenance of our user account in the active directory
• Active participation in on-going IT infrastructure projects
Requirements:
• University degree or student in computer science or equivalent education
• Extensive end-user and administrative knowledge of latest Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Very good knowledge of English and Polish
• Basic network knowledge
• Internal customer-orientation and problem-solving approach
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop
• Very good communication skills
