IT Support Technician (1st line)
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
Providing IT support (both remote and on-site) to end users in line with corporate standards and procedures
Being first point of contact for users in all IT-related issues
IT equipment installation and maintenance
Troubleshooting issues
Documentation of workflow
Close cooperation with team members and other teams
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office applications
Good knowledge of hardware standards (laptops, desktops, printers)
General interest in IT field
Basic knowledge of networking
Customer orientation and good team player
IT education or previous IT support experience will be an advantage
