For our Client, a BPO company, I am currently looking for specialist for the position of IT Systems Engineer Lead
The person on this position is responsible for:
- Providing guidance to support tiers to assist in resolution of complex network, system and security incidents
- Providing and obtaining timely updates to/from relevant parties
- Partnering with global peers within to reduce re-occurring incidents
- Creating or updating documentation including network diagrams, procedures, and policies to ensure consistent support of Client environments
- Providing consultative and escalation assistance during off hours as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in:
- Clustering technologies such as pacemaker or VCS
- Virtualisation solutions such as VMWare and associated product
- Cloud based solutions such as AWS or Azure
- Systems OS such as RHEL or Solaris
- Fluency in English (Polish is not required)
