If you join us, your responsibilities will include:
  • supporting JIRA (and other integrated tools) users
  • analysing, diagnosing and solving identified problems and system errors
  • gathering and analysing users’ needs and requirements, proposing, designing and implementing improvements and new system functionalities
  • testing system changes
  • administration of JIRA server environments and other integrated tools environments
  • creating, updating and maintaining documentation (user’s manuals, FAQ, etc.)
  • preparing and carrying out trainings for users
  • close cooperation with JIRA Support team members, System Administration team and Project Managers
We expect:
  • some experience in similar role
  • some experience of JIRA administration and/or application support
  • working knowledge of MySQL
  • (close to) perfect communication skills, proactive attitude
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to establish and build relationship
  • strong analytical skills
In addition, we will be pleased if you:
  • have a degree in computer science
  • have some programming skills in JavaScript and/or Groovy
