For our client, global company operating within IT industry, just entering Wrocław's market, we are looking for people to build a brand new, dynamic team!
Main responsibilities of the person on this position include being a point of contact between the company and its clients, administering reporting tools, analysing and reviewing actual service performance, keeping clients informed of service events, actions and opportunities in order to provide the best service.
To be successful in this role you need to have education or equivalent work experience that prepares you for client support roles, strong analytical and communication skills, working knowledge of MS Office or equivalent tools and excellent English.
