Your new company

Your new role
 On this position you will provide advisory and support for the internal client serving teams in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. You will be the part of global team who share best practice and provide focused, quick and accurate responses to clients queries related to account and risk management, financial analysis, reporting and billing. You will be also responsible for making relevant decisions, improving competencies, sharing knowledge with other team members and staying up to date with company’s policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
Your fluency in German and English, previous experience in customer support and higher education will lead to your success. Your motivation to develop knowledge and understanding of financial economics and logical approach to problem solving will be essential. We will be more than happy to see that you have professional approach, excellent communication skills and team work attitude.
