Description:
Application Manager for image processing, capturing and viewing documents for Enterprise Content Management.
Activities and Job scale:
- Monitoring and controlling the stability of an application;
- Participation in complex problem and error analysis and their fixes;
- Monitoring and controlling of service levels for associated applications;
- Ensuring the completeness and timeliness of operational documentation;
- Support for projects related to operational issues.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of application infrastructure;
- Knowledge of scanning processing (Captiva EMC², Enterprise Scan-Client);
- Knowledge of Tomcat, Web-Server, Jboss (UNIX Shell programming);
- Knowledge of Websphere Application Server;
- Knowledge of Image formats (Jpeg, Tiff, PDF-A) and Image Compression Software;
- Knowledge of MS-SQL(SQL/T-SQL) and Oracle(SQL, PL/SQL);
- Knowledge of UC4 and Connect-Direct;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows server 2008/2012, WIN7 and XP client);
- English and German language skills are required.
