Our client is well established, reliable and responsible Asset Management and Development company with international operations.
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of all leasing activity at the properties.
- Raising values in an active way and optimizing costs.
- Interact effectively with stakeholders at asset level, including leasing agents, property and facility managers, valuers, etc.
- Resolving any ongoing issues.
- Monitoring progress on debt collection and bad debts.
- Participating in preparing, monitoring, and analyzing OPEX budgets.
- Monitoring of strategic CAPEX projects and comparison with budgets and the team of internal professionals and/or external technical consultants/contractors executing it.
- Compiling and complying with relevant reporting procedures (RDS, DPL).
- Reporting to all entities participating in the process.
- Experience in asset management for at least 2-3 years.
- Work experience in the field is an advantage.
- Knowledge and know-how of real estate leasing.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office.
- Being pro-active and able to take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Open approach to new challenges and to learning multiple skills.
- Education in economics, Engineering, business, and real estate fields is an advantage.
- English in level C1, German is an advantage.
